1. Website creation offer

BetaTesters.org / Innovations and More Ltd may provide a custom-built website with no upfront design or development fee when a user subscribes to an eligible monthly website management plan.

The website build is provided as part of an active subscription service and is not a standalone free website purchase.

2. Monthly management subscription

The monthly subscription includes:

• Website hosting.
• Security updates.
• Technical maintenance.
• Keeping the website online.
• Reasonable minor content updates.

The subscription continues monthly until cancelled.

3. Domain ownership and transfer

Domains registered by Innovations and More Ltd on behalf of users remain managed by Innovations and More Ltd while the monthly website management plan remains active.

Users have full use of the domain while subscribed.

If a user cancels their monthly subscription and wishes to take ownership/control of the domain, they may request a domain transfer.

Domain transfer requires:

• Payment of a fixed domain release and administration fee of £100.
• Payment of any outstanding subscription charges.
• Payment of any registrar transfer fees if applicable.

After payment, reasonable steps will be taken to transfer the domain.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their monthly management plan.

After cancellation:

• Hosting and website management services will stop.
• The website may be taken offline.
• Domain transfer can be requested under the domain transfer terms.

5. User content

Users retain ownership of:

• CV information.
• Text supplied.
• Images supplied.
• Personal/professional content.

Innovations and More Ltd retains ownership of:

• Website templates.
• Internal systems.
• Development tools.
• Hosting configuration.
